Like many holistic practitioners, I began my healing journey in the midst of battling my own personal health challenges.
In 2008, I was diagnosed with MRSA, and after a year of unsuccessful allopathic treatment, I feared for my life, and had also developed multiple autoimmune issues from overuse of antibiotics.
I remember that fateful day in the spring of 2009 when I found myself staring at a bottle of echinacea pills, realizing I had to stop relying on doctors to fix me, and take responsibility for my own health.
After that, I started learning about energy work, collected books on nutrition and mindset-based healing, and became trained as an herbalist and health coach.
As I grew on my path to sustainable health and well-being, the renewed sense of hope I gained inspired me to help others.
I have gained high standards for how I want to live my life… because I believe everyone deserves thriving health, and nothing less.
To achieve thriving health, we must be willing to face the truth.

Living as a multiracial and multicultural person in the USA, I see the world through a lens of layered and interconnected global human experiences, allowing me to see relationships and patterns between seemingly disparate areas of life, work, and culture.
As a child of people directly harmed by war, I believe no one deserves the trauma of war that has impacted generation after generation, pervades our cultures and ways of life, and still has not been healed.
I don’t subscribe to left-wing or right-wing politics, but I believe in seeking the truth and exposing corruption in all of our systems of power, so we can repair the harms done over many generations and achieve true collective healing.
I choose to do this work because I believe health is the basis of all wealth and all well-being.

Will I be able to get my questions answered?Yes, if you attend live sessions, you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered. I’m not good with numbers and data. Can I still succeed in this program?The vast majority of my clients have come to me saying “I am not a numbers or math person” - then, after we worked together, were amazed at how easily they were able to understand and work with the numbers and finance-based teaching I presented. While working with market data may seem complicated at first glance, it’s more accessible than you think. The fact that many of us feel initially overwhelmed by numbers and data is all by design. There are power systems and dynamics at play that want to keep the understanding of data obscure and exclusive, so people who currently don’t hold a lot of economic power will feel too intimidated to get access to wealth. This limitation can be easily overcome with patience, guidance, and clear teaching. What are your views on politics and social issues?I don’t identify as left-wing or right-wing because the left/right framework doesn't translate globally. Here's what I've learned navigating global business dynamics, as well from my relationships with family and friends from all over the world: When we inform our global perspective using one dominant nation’s definitions of “left-wing” and “right-wing”, it results in inaccurate information and harmful consequences. To have a global worldview and enable global business impact, it’s important to have an expansive and ever-growing understanding of politics. However, there are a few core values I hold that directly influence the way I teach and advise: Freedom of speech, enterprise, and religion (including all global indigenous and folk religions); Protecting the freedom of others, especially those most vulnerable; Using war only as a defense, not to impose ways on others, while continuously working toward peace; The principle that no good social change can happen by force. You should generally align with these core values to fully benefit from learning with me.
